The 2020 Lincoln Nautilus and the 2020 Lincoln Navigator made it on the list as two of the top five quality 2020 luxury SUV models. That means that these two American luxury SUV models edged out the 2020 Lexus RX, keeping it out of the top five. This Lexus crossover is, according to J.D. Power, the most popular luxury SUV in America. However, it just missed the mark compared with the Nautilus or Navigator.

Are Lincoln SUVs good?

If we go by the results of this study, yes they are good SUVs. In fact, they are among the top five highest quality 2020 luxury SUV models. A large number of Lincoln SUV owners are satisfied. Both the 2020 Lincoln Navigator and the 2020 Lincoln Nautilus beat out the 2020 Lexus RX.

In spite of its reputation for reliability, owners of the popular RX crossover reported a few more problems than these two American luxury SUV models. So, in terms of quality, J.D. Power ranks the Nautilus and the Navigator higher. According to the survey, the Lincoln SUV options boast higher quality.

The 2020 Lexus RX crossover

Again, the 2020 Lexus RX crossover is “the most popular luxury SUV in America,” according to J.D. Power. Available with both 5 and 7 passenger options. Overall, owners of the RX crossover reported 150 problems per 100 vehicles (PP100). There are two engine options. First, there’s a 3.5-liter V6 engine.

Then there’s a hybrid powertrain, which came to pass by engineering hybrid technology into the existing V6 engine. This model, however, will obviously have improved fuel efficiency. In addition, the 2020 Lexus RX received styling updates. The driving dynamics have been tweaked with re-tuning. There’s also a new touchscreen interface for the infotainment system and a long list of advanced driving assistance systems are standard equipment.

The 2020 Lincoln Navigator

Coming in at No. 5 not the list of the highest quality 2020 SUV models, the 2020 Lincoln Navigator is a great example of the large American luxury SUV. It’s one of the vehicles with the fewest problems, according to consumers. It actually tied with the 2020 Lexus RX with a PP100 of 150. However, the folks at J.D. Power took the liberty of placing it higher than the RX crossover.

The 2020 Lincoln Navigator is a full-size American luxury SUV. It offers seating for up to eight people. Additionally, the 2020 model year for the Navigator is available in three different trim options. You can get your new Navigator in two different body length configurations.

Standard, Reserve, and Black Label are all trim options for the 2020 Lincoln Navigator. Each one of these full-size American luxury SUV models comes equipped with a twin-turbocharged 3.5-liter V6 engine rated for up to 450 horsepower. There’s also a fresh take on the paint job, with new colors like pristine white and Ceramic Pearl.

The 2020 Lincoln Nautilus

The 2020 Lincoln Nautilus is a 5-passenger midsize American luxury SUV model. Lincoln rebadged the former MKX into the Lincoln Nautilus in 2019. That’s when this midsize SUV received a “substantial update.” Owners of this model report a 145 PP100 score. This model is No.4 of the top quality 2020 SUV models.

Like the Navigator, the brand offers the 2020 Lincoln Nautilus in Standard, Reserve, and Black Label trims. There are two engine offers, however. The standard engine is a turbocharged 2.0-liter 250-horsepower 4-cylinder engine. Black Label upgrades the 2020 Lincoln Nautilus engine to an available turbocharged 2.7-liter V6 that generates 335 horsepower.
