The recall itself

The recall for the 2021 Nissan Rogue is in regards to the vehicle’s fuel system. Improper placement of a fuel hose could mean that the fuel tank lock ring isn’t seating properly. This could cause a potential fuel leak, and in case of any spark, a fire. Car fires are about one of the scariest problems you can have with a recall, and when you imagine gallons of highly flammable gasoline catching on fire, it’s a bit deterring. Luckily, only a few models are affected, and Nissan is working quickly to resolve the issue.
