The new Toyota Tundra NASCAR truck will make its competition debut during the season opener at the Daytona International Speedway on February 18. So, at least we don’t have to wait much longer to see this racing truck in action.

He continued to explain that the launch of the new Toyota Tundra is an exciting time for the entire organization to be able to reflect on the unique styling of the NASCAR Tundra with the TRD Pro badging. 

It serves as a reflection of the importance of the series and allows us to continue ensuring on-track production resembles its production counterparts that can be found in our Toyota showrooms. 

Not only is Toyota is on pace this season to earn its 12th manufacturer’s championship, but six out of the 10 qualifying drivers to earn a spot in the season’s Truck Series playoffs drive Toyota trucks. 

Toyota tries to race vehicles that match production vehicles. That’s why the Toyota Tundra TRD Pro NASCAR truck looks like a miniature version of the full-size beast. Also, Toyota is the only manufacturer to field three different body styles across the three NASCAR series. 

When can you buy a new Tundra? 

According to Kyle Busch, NASCAR driver, and owner of Kyle Busch Motorsports, the team is proud to carry Toyota Tundra badging. Toyota and TRD are consistently working with us to ensure we’re as competitive as possible on the race track.
