The traditional Ford F-150 is the best-selling truck in the United States. In fact, it’s the best-selling vehicle. So an electric version is sure to make its mark.

The 2022 Ford Maverick may not be fully electric, but its hybrid powertrain and small size are appealing. The Maverick has people who normally wouldn’t consider a pickup truck buying it up in huge numbers. It’s affordable, starting at just $21,000, and gets 42 mpg.
