The 2023 Alfa Romeo Stelvio is a luxury SUV perfect for shuttling around friends and family members in style. The Stelvio Ti configuration takes luxury to the extreme.

How much does the 2023 Alfa Romeo Stelvio cost?

The 2023 Alfa Romeo Stelvio starts at $46,575 with the Stelvio Sprint RWD configuration. It comes in six configurations offering different degrees of luxury. The fully loaded Stelvio Quadrifoglio AWD final configuration starts at $88,175.

During a trip to sunny Florida, I had the opportunity to test the 2023 Stelvio Ti with all-wheel drive. The Stelvio Ti has a base price of $51,525. The model I tested has a total price of $61,580 after adding some much-appreciated creature comforts and tech upgrades.

The model in the image above is in Alfa Romeo’s Misano Blue Metallic color. It uses a 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine to make 280 horsepower and 306 lb-ft of torque. The luxury SUV achieves 22 miles per gallon in the city and 28 miles per gallon on the highway.

The Stelvio Ti AWD configuration that I tested comes with adaptive cruise control with full stop, blind-spot and cross-path detection, and front/rear park assist sensors. It also includes remote keyless entry, heated side mirrors, and a wireless charging pad. The snazzy SUV had heated front and rear seats, a heated steering wheel, and a hands-free power liftgate as well.

What’s so great about the Alfa Romeo Stelvio?

The Alfa Romeo Stelvio offers consumers an Italian luxury automobile ownership experience for prices that won’t break the bank. While the price of some of the more refined cabin features could make the SUV more expensive, the Stelvio isn’t just about sport leather seats or carbon fiber accents. The true enjoyment of the sporty Italian vehicle is its acceleration.

The luxury SUV’s turbocharged engine provides enough torque to make driving interesting. It produces enough horses to make acceleration exhilarating in a way that never seems to get old when driving it. The 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder comes standard on the base model for consumers that want to forego the creature comforts of upper-level configurations.

You don’t need to spend big bucks to enjoy the Stelvio, but Alfa Romeo provides plenty of configurations and package options for drivers that want to take its interior and exterior design up a notch.

It’s best suited for drivers with small families that want a nice blend of luxury, comfort, and performance. An Italian sports car may not fit your lifestyle. On the other hand, an Italian sporty family SUV could be just what the doctor ordered.
