Features of the 2023 Sienna 25th Anniversary Edition model

The Toyota Sienna has been sold for 25 years. During this time, the Sienna went through four generations, with over 2.2 million units sold. This is an impressive feat, especially considering that minivans have been considerably less popular in recent years. 

In honor of the 25-year milestone, the 2023 Sienna will offer a limited-availability 25th Anniversary Edition model. Toyota will only build 2,525 units of the Sienna 25th Anniversary Edition, making it an unusually exclusive model for the minivan segment.

Based on the XSE trim, the Sienna 25th Anniversary Edition has many unique features. This includes:

• Dark 20-inch split-5-spoke wheels
• Bolder-looking front and rear bumpers
• Black-painted caps
• Sport-tuned suspension
• Silver-colored stitching
• “25th Anniversary” floor mats
• Black key fob cover 
• Special badging

Buyers of the Sienna 25th Anniversary Edition have a choice of two exterior paint color options: Celestial Silver and Wind Chill Pearl. It can be equipped with either a front-wheel drive or an all-wheel drive system. Additionally, the Sienna 25th Anniversary Edition has the XSE Plus Package. Features in the XSE Plus Package include a JBL speaker system, wireless charging, a navigation system, a 1500-watt converter, and roof rails.

What are the minivan competitors of the Toyota Sienna?

The 25th Anniversary Edition model is the only change that Toyota announced for the 2023 Sienna. Otherwise, the Sienna is a carryover model. The minivan is not due for a redesign for another few years. 

Despite the minimal changes, the Sienna will likely still be competitive for the minivan segment. Rivals of the Sienna include the Honda Odyssey, Chrysler Pacifica, Kia Carnival, and Chrysler Voyager.
