Filling up your gas tank can be costly. And filling it up with premium can be downright expensive. So when you’re considering a luxury car or sports car, it’s important to consider gas prices into your budget. Heck, even if you’re buying a regular car like a Chevrolet or a Jeep, you’ll want to know which ones are premium only. Luckily for us, there are still many luxury cars and even some sports cars that can run on regular gas. Here’s a list, according to the EPA.

Lexus

Owners of Lexus cars are an interesting bunch. Many don’t hide the fact that they drive a badged-up Toyota. In fact, I’ve heard some brag about their Lexus’ Toyota reliability. Because many Lexus cars share engines with more basic Toyotas, many can take regular gas.

  • Lexus ES: w/ 2.5-liter I4, 2.5-liter I4 hybrid, 3.5-liter V6
  • Lexus NX: w/ 2.5-liter I4 turbo
  • Lexus UX: w/ 2.0-liter I4 hybrid

General Motors

If you buy a GM product with the 6.2-liter naturally-aspirated V8 (such as a Silverado pickup truck), you may be surprised to find out it needs premium gas. But GM makes up for this by still building a 3.6-liter V6 that needs regular. This engine is available in the Camaro sports car and multiple Cadillacs.

  • Cadillac XT6: w/ 3.6-liter V6
  • Cadillac XTS: w/ 3.6-liter V6
  • Chevrolet Camaro: w/ 3.6-liter V6

Ford Motor Company

Unlike a Hellcat Challenger or V8 Camaro, every Ford Mustang can run on regular gas. In addition, many Lincoln crossovers have engines developed for Ford vehicles which can take regular gas.

  • Ford Mustang: w/2.3-liter I4 turbo, 5.0-liter V8
  • Lincoln Aviator: w/3.0-liter V6 turbo
  • Lincoln Corsair: w/2.0-liter I4 turbo
  • Lincoln Nautilus: w/2.0-liter I4 turbo hybrid
  • Lincoln Navigator: w/3.5-liter V6 turbo

Miscellaneous others

There are several surprising vehicles from other automakers that are performance-oriented but run fine on regular gas.

  • Alfa Romeo Tonale: w/1.3-liter I4 turbo
  • Audi A3: w/2.0-liter I4 turbo
  • Lotus Emira: w/3.5-liter V6 supercharged
