Y’all, it’s finally official. The Jeep Gladiator 4xe is finally happening and could be the first plug-in hybrid truck in its class. But you don’t have to wait for the 2025 Jeep Gladiator 4xe to access the new shade of Tuscadero Pink paint.

The 2025 Jeep Gladiator 4xe is official and pretty in pink

After years of delays, the 2025 Jeep Gladiator 4xe is finally official. I’ve been seeing teasers about the Gladiator 4xe and waiting for it to debut since 2022.

It will join the ranks with the Jeep Wrangler 4xe and the Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe, which are the most popular plug-in hybrid (PHEV) vehicles in America.

Jeep didn’t share specs about the truck, but it’s safe to assume that it will use the same powertrain as the Jeep Wrangler 4xe.

The Wrangler 4xe pairs a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine with two electric motors and a battery pack to generate 375 hp and 470 lb-ft of torque.

Currently, the Gladiator uses a 3.6-liter V6 engine with 285 hp and 260 lb-ft of torque, so it’s getting a massive increase in power.

Plus, the Wrangler 4xe has an EPA-estimated all-electric range of 22 miles on a single charge. With hybrid power, it gets 49 MPGe.

The Wrangler 4xe can only tow up to 3,500 lbs while the gas-powered Wrangler can tow up to 5,000 lbs. The Gladiator can tow up to 7,700 lbs, and the Gladiator 4xe could tow more than the Wrangler 4xe.

Also, because Jeep takes the time to listen to what fans really want, the 2024 Jeep Gladiator is available in the popular shade of Tuscadero Pink.

When the Tuscadero color debuted for the Wrangler, it immediately racked up 30,000 orders. Now Gladiators aren’t left out of the pink parade and you can add Tuscadero Pink to the Sport, Mojave, and Rubicon for $895.

This color will be available through the year’s end and added to more trim levels by the end of the quarter. Also, the shade of Tuscadero Pink will be available with the 2025 Jeep Gladiator 4xe.

Stay tuned for updates about pricing and specs.
