Some vehicles are downright inspirational. Performance automobiles have occupied calendars and posters for decades, captivating and inspiring enthusiasts around the globe. Some years are better than others when it comes to producing impactful nameplates and model years. Models from automakers like Lamborghini and Ferrari regularly produce models that make it onto calendars and posters. Here are three exciting new 2023 SUVs that are worthy of glancing at on your wall every day.

The 2024 Ferrari Purosangue is the next era of Ferrari performance

The Ferrari Purosangue is a historic release for the Italian sports car manufacturer. The Purosangue is a new Ferrari model with the body of a small family SUV and the performance specs of a sports car. If there ever was a ‘family Ferrari’ it’s the Purosangue. So, Purosangue posters occupying the walls of millions of fans in the next few years isn’t a reach.

The Purosangue’s aesthetics are captivating, but the real reason that automotive enthusiasts are excited about the new SUV is its unreal powertrain. The 2024 Ferarri Purosangue uses a 6.5-liter V12 engine to make a massive 715 horsepower and 528 lb-ft of torque.

In an age where the V8 is going extinct, Ferrari’s V12 is a breath of fresh air for gearheads that long for the days of ginormous engines (and their incredible power outputs). The Ferrari Purosangue can go from 0-62 miles per hour in about 3.3 seconds. It can reach speeds of over 193 miles per hour.

The exterior of the Ferrari SUV may not immediately qualify it for posters and calendars, but its performance specs sure do. The Purosangue is sure to excite and inspire thousands of fans internationally.

The 2023 Lamborghini Urus Performante is a track-ready SUV

Who said SUVs don’t belong on the track? The Lamborghini Urus completely changed the way millions of consumers view SUVs when it first hit the scene. The Urus has become a staple among the wealthy, as well as a status symbol. The Performante is a new version of the Urus that’s designed for the track.

The Lamborghini Urus, affectionately referred to as the “Lam truck” by many, is currently the most popular Lamborghini model. The small SUV led the brand to sales success. The Italian automaker took a huge risk by producing its first-ever SUV, and the risk clearly paid off. The Performante has even more giddyup than its predecessor.

The 2023 Lamborghini Urus Performante uses a 4.0-liter twin-turbocharged V8 engine to make 657 horsepower and 627 lb-ft of torque. The Urus and Urus Performante are both wall-poster-worthy.

The 2023 Alfa Romeo Stelvio Quadrifoglio is immensely powerful

The Alfa Romeo Stelvio Quadrifoglio is the final Stelvio trim. This trim packs more of a wallop than most small SUVs in the Stelvio’s segment.

The 2023 Alfa Romeo Stelvio Quadrifoglio makes an incredible 505 horsepower and 443 lb-ft of torque using a 2.9-liter twin-turbocharged V6 engine. That’s mind-blowing for a compact SUV. Car and Driver calls the Stelvio Quadrifoglio an “SUV that makes your heart pound.”

The year 2023 has been an exciting time for SUVs thus far. There are plenty of models that are worth admiration, with more on the horizon. Models like these are great for the industry as a whole because they push other automakers to compete.
