The SE trim is comparable to the Prius, but with 139 horsepower and 109 lb-ft of torque, it outperforms the Toyota PHEV in terms of sheer power.
Out on the road, the Ioniq Plug-In Hybrid gets 29 miles of all-electric range, 119 MPGe, and 52 mpg combined. The base model, the 2022 Ioniq Plug-In Hybrid SE, sells for just $26,800, but it should be noted that the next model up, the SEL trim, also sells for $29,800 with additional performance and entertainment options.
