The third generation finally comes after more than a decade and a half. With it comes nicer trim pieces and soft-touch surfaces to improve the interior quality. The 2022 Nissan Frontier has a great standard engine

While other automakers shy away from raw power, the Nissan Frontier engine lives on. If you want horsepower without sacrificing too much, every Frontier provides that. Each trim down to the base S comes with a 3.8-liter V6 making 310 horsepower and 281 lb-ft of torque. Each trim is also available in 2WD or 4WD, other than the Pro-4X, which is 4WD only.

While it could use another option, engine power and the ability to tow 6,720 pounds is nice.
