You might want to skip over the 2018 Land Rover Discovery Sport

The 2018 Land Rover Discovery Sport is capable off-road and has a luxurious interior. Buyers could opt for one of two turbo engine choices, both powerful enough to move the SUV around town. J.D. Power only gave the Discovery Sport a predicted reliability rating of 2.5 stars.

While the 2018 Land Rover Discovery Sport came equipped with safety features like a rearview camera and rear parking sensors, that was it for standard equipment. Blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert, and adaptive cruise control are available. Neither the IIHS nor NHTSA rated the Discovery Sport for safety. Overall, there are better SUVs for the money.
