Kelley Blue Book didn’t have anything bad to say about the 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid. As far as reliable midsize hybrid SUVs go, the Santa Fe is at the top of the list. All-wheel drive is standard, and the Santa Fe might be your new road trip vehicle with room for five adults.

The 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid is priced between $35,660 for the base trim (called Blue) and $41,320 for the top-of-the-line Limited trim. Both also have a destination fee of $1,295. KBB says the city/highway fuel economy works out to 36/31 mpg (Blue) and 33/30 mpg (SEL Premium, Limited).

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety gave the 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe high safety scores.

KBB says the 2.5L four-cylinder engine and electric motors get 36/35 mpg (FWD), 35/35 mpg (AWD), and 35/34 mpg (Limited/Platinum AWD) for the city/highway.
