In-vehicle infotainment systems may not be the most important aspect of today’s modern cars, but they do help new models stand out in the crowd. The best-new infotainment systems today precisely blend both informative and entertaining features to amplify our driving experiences. Infotainment has become so important that even the most popular trucks are now fitted with the latest and greatest digital features. Here are three of the best 2020 pickups with awesome infotainment features.

2020 Ram 1500

In 2020, the Ram 1500 has a lot going for it. This is a pickup that can be as simple or as luxurious as you want it to be. The Ram 1500 features four different engine options, with each one offering its own variation of satisfying power. A 3.0-liter V6 diesel engine is an all-new option for 2020. The base models get a 3.6-liter V6 and there are two V8 engines available.

The Ram 1500 can seat six people comfortably and also offers more legroom than most others in its class. Its high-quality cabin is elevated by an outstanding Uconnect infotainment system. A 5-inch touchscreen, wifi hotspot, and Bluetooth come standard. Available upgrades include Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, an 8.4-inch or massive 12-inch screen.

2020 Ford F-150

There’s a lot to love about the F-150. Aptly known as America’s truck, the F-150 continues to be a best seller because of its effortless power, large interior space, as well as for its user-friendly infotainment system. The F-150 is extremely capable while still being comfortable enough for daily drives. There are five engines available on the F-150 ranging from a standard 3.3-liter V6 engine with 290 horsepower up to a turbocharged 3.5-liter V6 that generates 450 hp.

This truck isn’t as upscale on the inside compared to the Ram 1500, but it still offers a quiet and spacious car cabin with attractive interior finishings. Its interior is also fitted with convenient storage spaces. Advanced safety features such as automatic emergency braking and forward-collision warning are now standard. A surround-view parking system, blind-spot monitoring, and driver drowsiness monitoring are also available safety features.

Not many tech features come on the base F-150 XL trim since it’s meant to be a simple work truck. However, it is worth upgrading for Ford’s optional Sync 3 touch-screen infotainment system. The available infotainment features include a crisp 8-inch touchscreen, satellite radio, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and a wifi hotspot.

2020 Jeep Gladiator

In-car electronics are definitely not the first thing that comes to mind when you see the Jeep Gladiator, but it does boast a first-rate infotainment system. This model also comes with the award-winning Uconnect interface but the standard features are pretty basic on the entry-level Sport trim.

If you go up a level to the Sport S trim, you get a 7-inch touchscreen plus Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity. Other optional upgrades include HD Radio, a navigation system, and an Alpine stereo system. There’s also an available removable waterproof Bluetooth wireless speaker that’s ideal for off-roading adventures
