1995 Ferrari F355 Spider: The last Prancing Horse made on a tubular space frame

The 1995 Ferrari F355 Spider is as exotic as they get, and the Italian automaker produced only 3,717 examples, most of which are still on the road. This supercar has incredible specs, including a tubular space frame.

It was the last Ferrari model built on this frame, the duPont Registry reports. It also has revolutionary engine technology, and at a time when convertibles had to sacrifice their sleek looks for performance, the 1995 Ferrari F355 Spider’s engineers made room in the chassis for strength and extra reinforcement.

This model also solved the cowl shake through computer modeling. It has a powered top, and despite being on the road for more than two decades, the design still has a modern feel.

Other specs of this Prancing Horse include 381 hp at 8,250 rpm and 268 lb-ft of torque. It can accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in 4.7 seconds and has a top speed of 183 mph.

Notable specs of this supercar include a six-speed manual transmission, 512 hp at 8,000 rpm, and 376 lb-ft of torque. The 2006 Gallardo can reach an impressive top speed of 192 mph.

The main features of the 2007 Aston Martin V8 Vantage include 380 hp at 7,000 rpm, 302 lb-ft of orque at 5,000 rpm, and a top speed of 175 mph. It can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in a respectable 5.4 seconds.
