Acura just dropped more specs on the forthcoming 2024 Integra Type S, and they look fantastic. Being the performance enthusiasts that we are, we obviously gravitated toward the engine power numbers. The Japanese automaker stated that the Integra Type S would generate 320 hp and 310 lb-ft of torque. That makes it more powerful than the current Civic Type R and many other cars.

It’s impressive, to say the least. But if you’re not that impressed, or don’t want an Acura Integra, here are five used cars that have more power.

1.2018 Ford Focus RS – 350 hp

The Ford Focus RS was only available for a few years, so finding one in your area could be tough. But if you do, you’ll enjoy having 350 hp and 350 lb-ft of torque on tap. The Focus RS is powered by a turbocharged 2.3-liter, four-cylinder engine that’s paired with a six-speed manual transmission. Another big advantage of the Focus RS over the Integra Type S is its AWD configuration. So, if you’re not smitten with the all-new Integra, maybe go with a Ford instead.

2. E46 (2001-2006) BMW M3 – 333 hp

The 2001-2006 BMW M3 (E46) has long been considered one of the best M3 models of all time. It’s partly because it looks good and handles, but it’s also due to what lies beneath its hood. The E46 M3 is motivated by a naturally aspirated 3.2-liter engine that makes 333 hp and 262 lb-ft of torque. Best of all, you can currently find one for around $20,000 to $25,000, which makes it more affordable than the new Integra.

3. 2009 Pontiac G8 GT – 361 hp

The 2009 Pontiac G8 might seem like a bit of an oddball on this list, considering the brand is extinct. But it’s worth a look if having four doors and a ton of power is important to you. The G8 was a family sedan based on the Australian-spec Holden Commodore. Although it’s spacious and comfortable, the most important part of it is the 6.0-liter V8 under its hood.

That V8 pumped out a whopping 361 hp and could rocket the car down a quarter-mile drag strip in a little over 13 seconds. That will likely be much faster than the Acura Integra Type S.

4. 2018 Audi RS3 – 400 hp

Much like the Pontiac G8, the 2018 Audi RS3’s main draw is its four-door layout and powerful engine. To be exact, the Audi RS3 is powered by a turbocharged five-cylinder engine that makes 400 hp and 354 lb-ft of torque. That power is routed through a seven-speed, dual-clutch automatic gearbox that puts it down to all four wheels via the brand’s Quattro system. With all this mechanical magic, the Audi RS3 can get up to 60 mph in only 3.5 seconds, which is as fast as many supercars.

5. 2012 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 – 580 hp

If you want to throw caution to the wind and go all out when it comes to horsepower, the 2012 Chevrolet Camaro has what you need. Sure, this muscle car may be over 10 years old, but it’s hard to argue with its performance. This iteration of the Camaro ZL1 is powered by a supercharged V8 engine that makes 580 hp and 561 lb-ft of torque. With that kind of power, the coupe is able to get up to 60 mph from a stop in only 4.1 seconds, which will blow the doors off any Integra or Civic Type R.

The 2024 Acura Integra Type S will be great, but these cars have more power
