Is the Audi TT a FWD or AWD sports car?

The Audi TT is an accomplished and tenured member of the AWD sports car club. AWD is standard in the 2022 Audi TT’s only trim: the TT 2.0T. While the 2022 TT 2.0T isn’t quite up to the task of keeping pace with the Jaguar F-Type R, it’s quite a bit cheaper. The 228-horsepower 2.0T starts at $51,595, less than half of the supercharged Jag’s ask. 

Of course, if you want swiftness out of your Audi TT, check out the Audi TT RS. The TT RS packs AWD and 394 horsepower. As a result, the TT RS will blast to 60 mph in just 3.4 seconds, 0.1 seconds faster than the Jaguar F-Type R. Even better, the TT RS starts at $74,295, which is much cheaper than the Jag.  

Does the Dodge Challenger have AWD?

The Dodge Challenger has optional AWD at the GT and SXT trim levels. Unfortunately, potential owners who want V8 grunt from their AWD sports coupe will have to settle for the 3.6L Pentastar V6. The good news is that the Challenger with AWD is a cheap alternative to other higher-performance AWD sports cars. A 2022 Dodge Challenger SXT starts at $32,140, and the GT starts at $35,440. 

Is the BMW M240i an AWD sports car?

The 2022 BMW M240i is a sports coupe with xDrive AWD and ferocious acceleration. Car and Driver tested the M240i xDrive against swift competition like the Ford Mustang Mach 1 and Toyota GR Supra 3.0, and the little AWD BMW sports car won the day. Specifically, the M240i xDrive managed a lightning-fast 3.6-second sprint to 60 mph. Better yet, with a starting price of $48,895, the M240i is an excellent alternative to more traditional AWD sports cars, like the Jaguar F-Type. 

Does the Lexus RC come in AWD?

The 2022 Lexus RC, like the 2022 BMW 240i, is more of a sports coupe than a dedicated sports car. However, the RC does offer AWD with multiple engine options, including a 241-horsepower gas-sipping 2.0L inline four-cylinder. Of course, most sports car enthusiasts will want the 472-horsepower RC F and its 5.0L V8 heart.
