What car is the Batmobile in ‘The Batman?’

In The Batman trailer, the Batmobile makes its entrance with it revving its engine and jet flames spewing out of its rear. The latest incarnation of the iconic car is a retro-inspired muscle car combination of a Ford Mustang, Dodge Challenger, and Chevy Camaro. It features a front-mounted engine and jet booster at the back. Also, the large off-road-style wheels enable the Batmobile to plow through obstacles in its path. The most riveting scene in the trailer is when the Batmobile drives through a fiery explosion and proceeds to ram into a car driven by the Penguin, played by Colin Farrell.

‘The Batman’ Lego Batmobile is a replica of the car in the movie

The Batman Lego Batmobile can be purchased from the Lego website. You can pre-order the Lego Batmobile today, and Lego will ship it from November 1, 2021. Due to high demand, there’s a limit of two orders per person. 

The Batman movie was originally supposed to be released on June 25, 2021. Due to production delays from the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, Warner Brothers pushed the release to October 1, 2021, and then to March 4, 2022. In addition to starring Robert Pattinson as Batman and Colin Farrell as the Penguin, the movie also features Paul Dano as the Riddler, Zoë Kravitz as Catwoman, and Andy Serkis as Alfred.
