According to the U.S.News, Mazda is the best SUV brand. It claimed this title thanks to having a diverse lineup, including the Mazda CX-30, CX-5, CX-50, newly introduced CX-90, and even newer CX-70. 

SUVs are judged based on feedback from actual owners. Surveys are sent out to thousands of drivers allowing them to share what they like, dislike, and problems they’ve faced. 

Key segments of the surveys include safety, reliability, performance, comfort, tech, interior quailty, fuel economy, style, and more. Mazda SUVs do flourish with a variety of gas-powered, hybrid, and plug-in hybrid powertrain options. 

President and CEO of Mazda North American Operations, Tom Donnelly, shared that each Mazda SUV is designed with drivers and passengers in mind. 

Plus, this SUV brand is made to deliver an exceptional driving experience. From the CX-30 to larger options like the CX-70, each option is created to provide the perfect balance of comforter, safety, and dynamic performance.

While some complain about the lack of touch screens, newer models are available with wireless Apple CarPlay with touchscreen capabilities. Plus, the rotary dial is easy to learn and master, keeping the tech simple and out of the way. 

As the best SUV brand, Mazda has been working to improve its safety features and to build more fuel-efficient options. 

Mazda is sticking to gas-powered, hybrid, and plug-in hybrid engines for now. However, the future does include electrification.
