For under $5,000 you can actually get some pretty good cars. According to Kelley Blue Book, these are the 10 best used cars under $5,000.

One of my closest friends drove one through high school, college, and the toddler years of both her children. Additionally, the Corolla touts marvelous fuel efficiency. The 2006 Toyota Corolla is a good used car and it will save you money both at the shop and at the pump.
