What’s new for the 2023 Maverick?
Although the Maverick was just introduced for 2022, there have been some changes for the 2023 model. The biggest change is probably the addition of the Tremor Off-Road package. This package adds things like a 1-inch lift as well as a new all-wheel drive system. But, if you want it, you will need to opt for the 2023 Maverick XLT or 2023 Maverick Lariat.
Additional changes include what the XLT Luxury Package and Lariat Luxury Package add. If you want things like adaptive cruise control and rear parking sensors, you now have to buy the Co-Pilot360 safety package. And that does add some cost to the bottom line of this small truck.

With the addition of the Tremor Off-Road package, you will have a compact pickup that is ready to tackle some light off-road duty. Or, you can just get a small truck that is versatile enough to handle a variety of automotive roles.
Although there has been a slight price increase to the Maverick, according to AutoEvolution, it should be budget-friendly enough to work for most. It still comes standard with a hybrid powertrain, too, giving you the efficiency of a hybrid while retaining the utility of a pickup truck bed.
