For some buyers, finding the perfect full-size SUV is as easy as determining which is the biggest. Many things go into purchasing a vehicle. Potential buyers must weigh prices against each other along with value, features, space, capability, and other desires. However, if all that matters is fitting as many passengers and as much cargo inside as possible, you’ll need the biggest SUVs for 2023. What are the biggest 2023 SUVs, and which is suitable for you?

12. Rivian R1S – 200.8 inches long

According to MotorTrend, the 12th-biggest SUV is the all-electric Rivian R1S. Based on the R1T pickup truck, it’s not your average full-size SUV. It can hold seven passengers, and MT says it uses space efficiently. For example, it has innovative features like an 11.0-cubic-foot front trunk. For $78,000, the R1S has over a 300-mile driving range, which is excellent for a large SUV.

The 2023 BMW X7 is the automaker’s full-size SUV offering. It’s got more than 40 cubic feet of cargo space behind the second row of seats. Additionally, seating for seven is standard, and so are many excellent features. It has a few new infotainment screens for the new model year and a 48-volt mild hybrid system.

Next biggest is the 2023 Toyota Sequoia. Redesigned last model year, the Sequoia is still riding high with its new features and style. It also has passenger and cargo space that rivals most other full-size SUVs. Moreover, it offers seating for eight passengers, including 41 inches of front leg room. Even the third-row passengers sit comfortably, with a surprising 33.7-inches of legroom in the rear. Most SUVs of this size are cramped in the third row, giving the Sequoia a significant advantage. Finally, Toyota’s SUV provides an impressive 9,520 pounds of towing capacity.

9. Nissan Armada – 208.9 inches

Like the Sequoia, the 2023 Nissan Armada provides passengers a generous amount of space. To be more specific, there are 40-inches of head- and legroom in the front row. For the second row, occupants only lose about an inch of space compared with front passengers. Although the Armada comes with a standard and potent V8 engine, its downfall is fuel economy, which lags behind many rivals.

8. Lincoln Navigator – 210 inches

Additionally, it’s filled with gorgeous leather and other luxurious materials you’d expect from a lush ride like the Navigator offers. It’s a genuine spacious yacht on wheels.

7. 2023 Infiniti QX80 – 210.2 inches

The 2023 Infiniti QX80 is the luxury version of the Nissan Armada. As a result, it’s nearly the same vehicle with a bit more in the way of luxury. For example, the interior is incredibly comfortable. It has plenty of room for long road trips and has the same V8 engine. Additionally, the QX80 can tow up to 8,500 pounds, making it one of the better options for that purpose.

Super Cruise is also available, allowing drivers to let the Tahoe do the work. Furthermore, its front row has 42 inches of headroom and 44 inches of legroom, meaning any size person can stretch out. It has seating for eight and is highly configurable straight from the factory. In addition, BlueCruise is available for those interested in hands-free driving.

4. GMC Yukon XL – 225.2 inches

If a Chevrolet Suburban interests you but needs a little more, check out the Yukon XL. It adds more space, more features and comes at a higher price. However, it’s a luxurious family hauler with mountainous space. Surprisingly, it offers seating for nine people, and they’ll still be pretty comfortable. The interior is enormous and provides room for everyone and everything. Lastly, V8 engines and a diesel option are available, so choosing a suitable engine is easy.

MT called Jeep’s offering a “massive rolling luxury suite than merely a nice SUV.” Those who ride in it can genuinely feel why it’s a six-figure model. Eight passengers can fit inside, and it uses a V8 that’s good for 471 horsepower. The Grand Wagoneer L can reach 60 mph from zero in just 5.7 seconds.

That’s nothing you haven’t heard before, as the Escalade has long been synonymous with an elegant full-size SUV model. The Escalade ESV adds a couple of inches of legroom to the third row of the regular Escalade. The first and second rows are easily one of the most spacious in the segment. MT says, “if bigger is better, then the Escalade can’t be beat.”
