Traveling with an RV of some type has become more and more popular, particularly in the last few years. Camper vans, or Class B RVs, are often the easiest RVs to drive because they are usually the smallest.

Many new RVs can have a hefty price tag, but if you are looking for a great camper van for under $100,000, Thor Motor Coach has one for you.

One of the best small RVs you can drive

According to Camper Report, the 2021 Sequence from the aforementioned Thor Motor Coach, is one of the best small drivable RVs. Built atop a Ram Promaster chassis, it offers quite a bit in 20 feet.

It has an appealing style, and one of the floor plans even has an optional rooftop sleeping area. And it does not have the sticker shock that a lot of the other Class B RVs Camper Report talks about.

A Class B RV that comes in under $100,000

The Thor Sequence, which does not involve the Avengers (sorry), is one of the few brand new camper vans that has a sticker price under $100,000. Other Class B RVs can have a starting price of up to $175,000.

In fact, the 2021 Sequence was the only RV on Camper Report’s list of the best small drivable RVs that was less than $100,000. While that still might seem like a lot, you do get quite a bit for your money. Plus, IKEA can help you furnish it with cheap but chic furniture. 

The 2021 Sequence from Thor Motor Coach

The latest Sequence model from Thor has three available floor plans, the 20L, 20K, and the 20A. Thor’s website tells us each floor plan has a 3.6-liter Pentastar® V6 engine that puts out 280 hp and 260 lb-ft torque.

They all have a 24-gallon fuel capacity, 3,500 lb hitch rating, and a 16 ft awning. Inside, there is a 24-inch TV, that has outdoor viewing capabilities, LED lighting, and large opening side windows.

The Sequence is also cable TV and HD/DSS satellite ready, has HDMI cables and USB charging ports, and a Winegard® ConnecT 2.0 4G/Wi-Fi/Digital TV Antenna. It also has an impressive interior height of 75-inches. 

The 20A floor plan comes with a foldable rear king, a fully enclosed wet bathroom, and a large skylight in living area. It also has a collapsible dinette table and a cassette toilet.

The 20L and 20K both come with a shower with a deluxe curtain, a plastic foot flush toilet, and a convection microwave oven. The 20L comes with opposing sofas that convert to twin beds and the 20K has an expanding sleeper sofa.

They all have a single roof air conditioner, outdoor shower, and a Thule® bike rack on the rear door. Additionally, the 20L and 20K both have a roof ladder and roof rack.

If you are just starting out in the world of RV’ing, a Class B RV, or camper van, can be a good way to get your feet wet. They are easier to drive and park, as well as easier to maintain. Camper vans are by far one of the easiest ways to just jump in your RV and hit the road for an adventure.

The Sequence from Thor Motor Coach is a great place to start, as they are one of the RV giants, with a stellar reputation. Even if they do not have any connection to Thor or the Avengers.
