We have a special birthday to celebrate! The Toyota Sienna just got another year older, and not many nameplates make it to 25 years. Oftentimes vehicles are canceled, but the Sienna continues to be an excellent option. As a result, the 2023 Toyota Sienna 25th Anniversary Edtion is coming to party. 

What is the 2023 Toyota Sienna 25th Anniversary Edition? 

The Toyota Sienna has been a popular minivan since its debut in 1998. Unlike other vans, the Sienna was never discontinued. It has been hauling families around for 25 years as one of the top minivans. 

That’s why the 2023 Toyota Sienna 25th Anniversary Edition is here to celebrate. This is a limited edition, and only 2,225 models will be produced. So, if you want to celebrate with the Sienna, make haste before they’re gone. 

The 25th Anniversary Edition comes with exclusive shades of white or silver exterior paint. It’s based on the XSE trim and includes the Limited trim’s features. It rides on 20-inch wheels, has black roof rails, and exterior mirrors with integrated puddle lights. 

Black leather upholstery with silver stitching, unique badges, and special floormats with the 25th-anniversary logo complete the package. 

What comes with the Sienna XSE trim? 

The Toyota Sienna XSE is one of the top-spec Toyota Sienna trims. It provides the 2023 Toyota Sienna 25th Anniversary Edition with a standard navigation system, mesh grille, and exclusive seat trim. 

It includes features from the XLE trim such as keyless entry, a power liftgate, heated front seats, a leather-wrapped steering wheel, a sunroof, simulated leather upholstery, and four-zone automatic climate control. 

Features from the Limited trim include a wireless charging pad, leather upholstery, third-row sunshades, power-folding exterior mirrors, a 12-speaker JBL audio system, and extendable footrests for second-row captain’s chairs. 

So upgrading to the Sienna 25th Anniversary Edition adds some luxury comfort and enhanced tech. This trim level can probably be paired with all-wheel drive and the entertainment package that includes a rear overhead display and wireless headphones. 

2023 Toyota Sienna: What’s new? 

Aside from the 2023 Toyota Sienna 25th Anniversary time, the 2023 model is expected to primarily be a carryover model. It’s part of the fourth Sienna generation that launched in 2021, so it’s still fresh and modern. 

Plus, the Sienna has advantages with available all-wheel drive (AWD) for enhanced capabilities and the hybrid powertrain. 

The 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine is paired with two electric motors to crank out 245 hp. AWD adds a third electric motor.

It can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in about 7.6 seconds, which is average. Rivals are slightly faster and may feel sportier. Also, it can tow up to 3,500 lbs. The Sienna gets an EPA-estimated 36 mpg in the city and up to 36 mpg on the highway. 

Pricing for the 2023 models hasn’t been released, but the 2022 Sienna starts at $34,710. Car and Driver estimate that the 25th Anniversary Edition will cost $46,000. We will keep you updated as we learn more.
