The Camry comes standard with a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system that is compatible with both Android Auto as well as Apple CarPlay. Additionally, Toyota offers Siri Eyes Free, a voice command system, as standard on the Camry. The latest Toyota Camry model year starts at under $25,000, but Toyota has plenty of options and upgrades for it. U.S. News says that the Camry’s touchscreen can be upgraded to an 8-inch touch screen display instead. Furthermore, a navigational system can be added to the Camry’s infotainment suite. Other infotainment upgrades that are available include two additional USB ports, an HD radio, and a premium nine-speaker stereo system. 

That said, U.S. News mentions that the 8-inch touchscreen upgrade isn’t available for the base trim of the Camry. You’ll have to choose one of the more expensive trims instead in order to have access to it.

Toyota also offers several smart upgrades to the Camry. Drivers can choose to add wireless device charging, a push-button start system, and a head-up display to their Camry. Toyota also offers a surround-view parking camera system that’ll help you park your Camry perfectly. 

In terms of convenience and comfort upgrades, Toyota also has several options available for the Camry. U.S. News says that the Camry can be equipped with automatic climate control as well as dual-zone automatic climate control. On top of those things, the Camry can also have a moonroof and a panoramic glass roof.

The Toyota Camry’s smart safety features

Toyota takes safety very seriously, so the latest model years of the Camry come with a lot of smart safety features. Many of these features aren’t standard on other cars. U.S. News says that the latest Toyota Camry has adaptive cruise control, a pedestrian detection system, lane-keep assist, lane departure warning, and a forward collision detection system – all as standard smart safety features.

Additionally, Toyota has several other smart safety features that are optional on the Camry. These include blind spot monitoring, a rear cross-traffic alert system, as well as reverse automatic emergency braking. All of these smart safety features allow the latest Camry model years to be extremely safe, according to U.S. News.
