This Epic Ford Bronco Truck Already Stole the SEMA Show
Wait a minute. We thought the Ford Bronco truck was officially canceled! But then an epic Ford Bronco truck concept is rolling up to the SEMA show. Does this mean that a Bronco truck is back on the table?

Holy moly, would you take a look at this Ford Bronco truck by BDS Suspensions? It might be providing what fans truly want. The Bronco in truck form. Heck, even Jeep Gladiator fans are still asking for a two-door truck, so it could steal Jeepers!
This Ford Bronco concept is only one of the impressive concepts at the Specialty Equipment Marketing Association (SEMA) show. It’s an automotive aftermarket specialty show that will take place from Tuesday, November second to Friday, November fifth.
What’s going on with this Bronco truck?
We want this Ford Bronco truck to become a real thing. BDS Suspensions is a subsidiary of Fox Shocks and has been partners with Ford for years. They wanted to build a truck for first responders.
The truck certainly looks the part with red paint that’s reminiscent of fire engines and the fire department logo on the side. The Bronco truck is based on the two-door Black Diamond model. Everything from behind the front cabin was transformed into a little truck. Ford calls it the half-truck hardtop.
To ensure this truck can cross Rubicon trails and other obstacles, BDS upgraded the Bronco with BDS adjustable control arms and track bar, a sway bar disconnect, Fox 2.5-inch coil-overs, and 37-inch BFGoodrich tires.
New CrawlTek Revolution bumpers, CrawlTek slider steps, and a pair of Warn winches complete the look. The interior and bed include custom cargo solutions and an underhood air compressor.
If Ford named it, does that mean Ford will build it? Perhaps, but the Bronco-based pickup was officially canceled. The Ford Bronco truck was planning to be built for 2024 but would create too much overlap with the Ford Ranger. Ford has a lot on its plate with the Maverick, Bronco Raptor, Everglades, and new Ranger.
What are the other Bronco concepts?
Along with the Ford Bronco truck, there’s the Bronco by Tucci Hot Rods that’s designed for snow travel. The wheels have been swapped out for a quad-track setup. It’s based on the Badlands four-door seven-speed manual Bronco.
It includes Mattacks 88-Series quad tracks, a Rigid light bar, Warn winch, Radiance light pods, retractable running boards, a snowboard rack, and a Yakima platform roof rack system.
The 2021 Ford Bronco RTR Fun-Runner is by Vaughn Gittin Jr. RTR. It’s a two-door Badlands model with tons of off-roading and suspension upgrades. There’s an Ultimate Dana 44 FDU front axles, longe-travel spec Ultimate Dana 60 semi-float rear axles, and RCV Performance CV axles.
The upgrades also include Fox Performance Elite 2.5 coilovers and a long-travel suspension kit. It rides on RTR Tech 6 forged wheels and 37-inch off-road tires. The performance intake system and a Ford Performance sport exhaust system take things to the next level.
