Are there different versions of the Dub Box?
Though they look like mini Microbusses, they’re actually campers, traveling offices, or pop-up food or retail trailers. And all of them feature pop tops inspired by the Westphalia pop-up campers originally made from Microbusses in the day.
Its Adventure Camper model features what you would expect a camper to have, like a folding dinette that transforms into beds, a kitchenette with a stove, refrigerator, water heater, and both fresh and gray water tanks. Maple cabinets and other storage cubbies add to their versatility. The pop top opens up with a hand crank, that includes built-in curtains to keep the flying critters out.
While the Adventure Camper is a 12×6 trailer, the Dinky-Lite is a more compact travel trailer. Two versions are available, either the Dinky Sleeper or the Dinky Sleeper + Kitchenette. The first is designed as a sleeper only without any cooking or water amenities. With the Dinky Sleeper + Kitchenette, a compact kitchenette is added featuring a stove, water storage, and an attachment for outdoor showering. And naturally, either one is lighter than the Adventure Camper for vehicles that have less towing capacity.
Can the Dub Box be used as something other than a camper?
For those looking for even more convenience and amenities, the company also offers options. There’s a roof fan, retractable awning, portable toilets and coolers, and curtain tracks for you to add your own privacy. But there are also other variants for those with portable business needs.
They make for an attention-getting compact food service vehicle. They’ll build turn-key units with six-foot drop-down countertops inside. And the company will custom-make graphics of your logo or advertising. Menu boards are also something they can build.
