Bezos intended on using Rivian’s vehicles to attain carbon neutrality two decades from now.

Rivian has now been seen by the world because of the Blue Origin launch and is quickly becoming a household name among auto enthusiasts, but with great expectations comes great scrutiny. The 2022 Rivian R1T is the first of Rivian’s adventure vehicles. Functionality and capability are huge factors to the company, and its EVs are capable of everything from smooth daily driving to off-roading and camping. The Rivian R1T comes in three different battery ranges. The R1T will come in a 250-mile range, 314-mile range, and 400+ mile range option when all models are rolled out.
The Rivian R1T uses a quad motor system that allows it to go from 0-60 miles per hour in an astonishing three seconds. The R1T has a maximum towing capacity of 11,000 pounds. It comes with four 120-volt outlets and two 12-volt outlets.
