With the rear- and all-wheel drive Mustang Mach-E, the extended range battery gets 314 and 312 miles of range, respectively. Opting for the base model Select means drivers can only travel 247 miles without recharging using RWD.

Edmunds likes the Premium for a few reasons. For example, it comes with many more convenience and luxury features and offers optional powertrain choices. In addition, the Premium trim level unlocks the Ice White Appearance package if you fancy an all-white exterior and interior.

Similarly, Car and Driver also agree the 2022 Ford Mustang Mach-E Premium is the best option. C/D recommends going with all-wheel drive and extended-range battery. In addition, the publication loves that it has a more powerful fast-charging ability than the Select model. Lastly, extra features like 19-inch wheels, a Bang & Olufsen sound system, a panoramic sunroof, and a power liftgate bolster the list of features.
