The Kia Sportage is one of the South Korean automaker’s most popular models. This compact SUV’s sales have increased by a whopping 92%, with 31,684 units sold this year, compared to 16,460 units sold last year in the same period, GoodCarBadCar reports.

There are several potential reasons for the Sportage’s surge in popularity. They include its affordable price point, impressive performance, and advanced safety features. The Sportage’s sleek exterior design, spacious cabin, and user-friendly infotainment system also make it a compelling choice.

Another potential factor contributing to the Sportage’s appeal is the increasing demand for SUVs and crossovers. As more consumers gravitate toward larger vehicles with greater cargo capacity and better off-road capabilities, the Sportage provides a solid balance of performance, fuel efficiency, and affordability.

The 2023 Kia Forte packs plenty of value into a compact car

The Kia Forte’s year-to-date sales figures show 30,526 units sold, compared to 23,498 sold at the same time last year, for a 30% increase.

There are various reasons why the Forte is popular. One is its affordability. The Forte provides many features typically found in more expensive vehicles, such as advanced driver-assistance systems, without breaking the bank. Its base price is lower than many rivals.

Additionally, the Forte delivers impressive fuel economy, with a combined 32 mpg for the base model. That can be especially appealing when gas prices are high.

Another significant reason for the 2023 Kia Forte’s appeal is its generous warranty. It boasts a five-year/50,000-mile basic warranty and a 10-year/100,000-mile powertrain warranty (as do the rest of Kia’s new vehicles).

The 2023 Kia Telluride provides a spacious and comfortable ride

The 2023 Kia Telluride remains a wildly popular midsize three-row SUV. Its year-to-date sales of 27,190 units, compared to 22,076 units during the same period last year, represent a 23% increase.

Its plush ride and well-contoured seats offer all-day comfort, ideal for long road trips or daily commutes. In addition, the spacious interior provides plenty of room for families to stretch out, while the ample cargo capacity allows space for everyone’s gear.

One of the Telluride’s biggest selling points is its generous standard equipment, including tech and safety features. Its advanced driver-assistance systems work seamlessly and are easy to use. The Telluride’s other standard features include a user-friendly infotainment system, allowing passengers to stay entertained and connected on the go.

Another significant factor in the 2023 Kia Telluride’s popularity is its attractive pricing for all its amenities and space. And as for performance, the powerful V6 provides enough punch for passing and merging while delivering decent fuel economy.
