The Hennessey VelociRaptor Is a Ford F-150 Raptor Super Truck With 558 Bhp
In the land of Ford trucks, the Hennessey VelociRaptor 600 would like a word about the F-150 Raptor. While the Ford F-150 Raptor is a capable truck, the people at Hennessey decided to up the ante a bit with the VelociRaptor 600.
Who needs a Ford F-150 Raptor when you can have a Hennessey VelociRaptor
The Hennessey VelociRaptor 600 takes the already pretty insane 2022 Ford Raptor and makes it even better. In fact, Hennessey says it takes the F-150 to “super-truck levels of power and performance.” The truck has 672 lb-ft of torque and 558 bhp. Hennessey has already started production on the VelociRaptor, so it might be too late to get your hands on these trucks.
For 2022, the Hennessey VelociRaptor project is limited to only 250 units. Hennessey had the VelociRaptor race the Ford F-150 Raptor on a track, and of course, the supertruck smashed the Raptor.

The additional 162 lb-ft of torque that the VelociRaptor comes with makes a huge difference with such a large truck. The Raptor has 510 lb-ft of torque from the factory, which makes this truck about as ridiculous as possible.
What kind of times does the Ford F-150 Raptor turned Hennessey VelociRaptor get?
The power and torque of the VelociRaptor mean that the 4×4 pickup truck has a zero to 60 mph time of 4.2 seconds. The quarter-mile time came in at 12.9 seconds, one whole second quicker than the Raptor. John Hennessey, the company’s founder and CEO, had a lot to say about the super truck. “The VelociRaptor has been our most popular vehicle for years, so with production of the third-gen truck now underway, we’re anticipating building hundreds of models throughout 2022.”

Hennessey also complimented the Ford F-150 Raptor as a “fabulously capable and very quick machine” from the factory. His company simply comes in and makes it even more ridiculous.
In addition to making it faster, the team upgrades a lot of other attributes. Enhanced air induction, a bigger intercooler, blow-off valve, and a better engine management system are available options. This allows drivers to get more out of the twin-turbocharged 3.5-liter V6 engine.

The company is offering buyers the option to make the VelociRaptor “even more imposing and robust.” You can add more aggressive front/rear bumpers with LED lights. 20-inch wheels are an option, as are six-piston Brembo front brakes. The Off-Road option comes with 37-inch tires and upgraded suspension. Hennessey offers a comprehensive three-year or 36,000-mile warranty.
According to Hennessey, the company is the biggest producer of modified and upgraded Ford F-150 Raptors. With all of the upgrades like bumpers, tires, and wheels, the VelociRaptor costs around $115,000. That does include the base Ford F-150 Raptor, though.
The Hennessey VelociRaptor is slated to debut at Barrett Jackson in Scottsdale, Arizona, on Jan. 22. Buyers can place an order and take delivery of the supertruck right after the event. With only 250 trucks available, you better get on it.
