The base MSRP for the X5 M Competition is $122,300, and the X6 M Competition is $127,200. Both options have a $995 destination and handling fee. Both versions have a top speed of 155 mph, but that does jump up to 177 mph with the M Driver’s Package.
What smart features are included with the BMW X5 M?

The newest BMW iDrive 8 Operating System offers safety systems and a more personalized infotainment experience. Using the BMW App offers things like remote start, tire pressure, and battery levels. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are standard.
The M-tuned xDrive all-wheel drive system comes ready for whatever situations you might encounter, along with M Drive with M Dynamic Mode and Hill Descent Control (HDC). The M chassis and suspension system offers a smooth and comfortable ride. The X5 M Competition also gets ventilated anti-lock disc brakes with cross-drilled rotors.

Each version has a few trim levels, including the X5 sDrive40i, X5 xDrive40i, X5 xDrive50e, and X5 M60i xDrive. The X6 gets an xDrive40i and M60i xDrive trim. While these options range from $65,200 to $93,600, that’s still less expensive than both M trims.
