How Much Does a Fully Loaded 2024 Buick Enclave Cost?
A reliable vehicle since its debut in 2008, the Buick Enclave is the largest SUV in the brand’s lineup. The midsize SUV got a refresh in 2022 and is unlikely to receive significant changes until Buick unveils the third-generation Enclave for the 2025 model year. So what can interested shoppers expect to pay for a fully loaded 2024 Enclave? Here’s everything you need to know about the price of the SUV’s base and highest trim levels.
The Essence includes a lot of features for a base trim
The base trim for the Enclave is known as the Essence, and the MSRP for the SUV is around $45,295 according to Buick’s website.
The Essence is powered by a 3.6-liter V6 engine that starts with the press of a button and emits 310 horsepower and 266 lb-ft of torque through a standard nine-speed automatic transmission. The EPA’s estimated fuel economy is 18 mpg in the city and 26 mpg on the highway (21 mpg combined).
The Essence costs more than many of its entry-level competitors, but the price point comes with an impressive list of standard features, particularly when it comes to safety. The Enhanced Buick Driver Confidence package is a suite that provides driver-assisting technologies and protective services such as automatic emergency braking, lane keeping assist with lane departure warning, forward collision alert, and front and rear parking sensors.
The interior includes three rows of seating for up to seven passengers. Buick QuietTuning keeps the noise down with tools like triple door seals, acoustic laminated glass, and a five-link rear suspension. It also includes an 8″ infotainment touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration, and a 4.2″ driver information center.
The Essence’s exterior is stylized by 18-inch alloy wheels, automatic LED headlights, and heated side mirrors with driver’s side auto-dimming technology.
The Avenir is the 2024 Buick Enclave’s most luxurious trim
The top trim level for the Enclave is called the Avenir. The three-row SUV incorporates the most significant upgrades from the Essence and the mid-tier Premium trim to create a vehicle that gives drivers a heightened sense of luxury.
The Avenir is immediately made distinct by its premium 20″ aluminum wheels and a twin-panel panoramic moonroof. The outside mirrors also come with auto-dimming and power-folding features.
Inside the SUV, you’ll find that the front seats of the Avenir are both ventilated and massage those in the first row. The center console is also home to a 120-volt power outlet.
This trim also includes many more safety features such as a rear camera mirror, rear pedestrian alert, and Rainsense automatic wipers. Enhanced Automatic Emergency Braking improves on the Essence’s safety capability by using radar and cameras to reduce the possibility of collisions nearby vehicles.
The Avenir also comes with puddle lamps, adaptive cruise control, and three years of OnStar Premium. Pricing for the Avenir begins at $58,895.
You can customize the Enclave via a number of accessories
On top of the three Enclave trim levels, there are also many add-ons you can buy to augment the SUV further.
As you can see on Buick’s build page, there are five packages available that provide specific sets of tools. The most expensive ones are:
- Hit the Road package ($1,495): adds roof rack rails and molded assist steps
- Avenir technology package ($1,200): adds premium suspension with hydraulic dampers and steering calibration, a chassis with real-time damping suspension, and enhanced LED headlamps
- Trailering package ($650): adds a trailer hitch, heavy-duty engine cooling system, a hitch cover, a Tow/Haul mode, and increases the towing capacity to 5,000 lbs
There are also 46 total exterior options for the Enclave. Top-end roof carriers ($749), hitch carriers ($649), and a 94 piece tool kit ($450) have the highest price tag.
There are 48 interior accessories, such as the dometic dual-zone cooler ($1,499), a 4K Ultra HD camera ($649), and a battery jump starter ($325). You can also swap in chrome wheels for $3,395 and get a white frost tricoat paint job for $600.
If you add as many options as possible (some of them cancel each other out), then the final price for a fully loaded 2024 Buick Enclave is about $88,000.
