How much does the 2022 Maserati Levante cost?

The 2022 Maserati Levante has a starting price of $80,895. That makes it one of the most expensive luxury SUVs on the market. The Maserati Levante comes with a twin-turbo V6 in the base model that puts out 350 hp. Want more? There’s also a twin-turbo V8 that can make 580 hp. Car and Driver notes that the Levante’s engine isn’t really all that spunky. However, “With its adaptive shocks set in Sport mode, the Levante’s ride is jarring when driving over all but the smoothest road surfaces.”

The 2022 Maserati Levante GT is the base model and it comes with a panoramic sunroof, power liftgate with hands-free opening abilities, heated front seats, and a heated steering wheel. The Maserati GT also comes with an 8.4-inch touchscreen navigation system. It has an 8-speaker sound system and is compatible with both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.

The Maserati Levante Modena and Modena S step things up

Next up the 2022 Maserati Levante ladder are the Modena and the Modena S trim levels. The Modena has a starting price of $91,895 and comes with a more powerful engine that makes 424 hp and 428 lb-ft of torque.

The 2022 Maserati Levante Modena S has a starting price of $116,895. For that money you’ll get a turbocharged 3.8-liter V8 engine that makes 550 hp and 538 lb-ft of torque. The Modena S also comes with LED headlights, sporty styling and seats, and sport pedals. There are some exterior accents too, like glossy black wheels. In addition, the Modena S comes with a 14-speaker premium sound system.

The Levante Trofeo is the most expensive of these Maserati SUVs

If you have a bigger budget, you may be inclined to spring for the 2022 Maserati Levante Trofeo. It has a starting price of $154,595 and comes with a 3.8-liter V8 engine that puts out 590 hp. The Trofeo has a distinct appearance, with 22-inch performance tires and glossy black and red accents. There’s a different hood design for the Levante Trofeo, distinguishing it from other Maserati Levantes.

The Levante Trofeo also includes some unique interior accents too, though it’s worth noting that the Levante in general doesn’t have as nice of an interior as some other luxury SUVs. While Car and Driver says the “Levante’s cabin appears to be the ultimate in poshness; it’s layered with fine materials—including a unique leather-and-silk upholstery option from fashion house Ermenegildo Zegna,” it also says that the Levante’s similarities with the Jeep Cherokee are disappointing.

Overall, the 2022 Maserati Levante is a nice SUV with a pretty high starting price. Get the highest trim level, and you’ll be paying a considerable amount. It’s worth checking out the Levante interior carefully to see if it meets your expectations at this price point. Otherwise, the Levante comes with all of the features that you’d want in a high-end sport utility vehicle.
