How much will the 2022 Nissan Titan cost?

The 2022 Nissan Titan price hasn’t been released, but it should start at about $39,000. The Nissan Titan hasn’t been redesigned, so it will be a lot like the 2021 Nissan Titan. The Nissan Titan has a King Cab and the Crew Cab and only comes with a 5.6-liter V8 400 hp engine matched to an automatic transmission, according to Car and Driver. This engine can make up to 400 hp and 413 lb-ft of torque. It has a quiet cabin and is comfortable, making it an attractive full-size pickup truck.

The 2022 Titan also has a 9-inch touchscreen and is compatible with both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The Nissan Titan’s redesign meant the pickup truck got a whole host of vital safety features, like automatic emergency braking and lane-departure warning.

The 2022 Titan comes with new features

The 2022 Nissan Titan has a new set of standard features. For example, the Nissan Titan S comes with a trailer hitch and a spray-in bedliner. Car and Driver also notes that the Convenience package used to be optional on the Titan SV is now standard. The Convenience Package includes built-in navigation, dual-zone climate control, and a power driver seat. It also has heated front seats, parking sensors, and remote start.

These added features and higher trim levels come with a higher price tag. The Titan SV will probably start somewhere around $43,000, while the Pro-4X will likely come in somewhere around $51,000. Moving up the titan ladder, the SL price will start somewhere around $57,000. The most expensive 2022 Nissan Titan, the Platinum Reserve, will probably cost about $59,000.

Are Nissan Titan trucks any good?

Car and Driver says that the 2022 Nissan Titan offers a lot, but that isn’t enough for the new Titan to be competitive in the full-size pickup truck market. It points out that the 2022 Chevy Silverado 1500, 2022 GMC 1500, 2022 Ford F-150, and the 2022 Ram 1500 all provide a better large truck experience.

Because the 2022 Nissan Titan is mostly unchanged and basic, Car and Driver says that it’s probably best as a work truck. It recommends buying the 2022 Nissan Titan S with a standard extended cab with rear-wheel drive, which will best serve as a work truck. This will come with safety features like automated emergency braking, blind-spot monitoring, and lane-departure warning.

The 2022 Nissan Titan was just refreshed, so it’s likely to remain unchanged for the foreseeable future. That said, if you’re looking for a basic work truck, the 2022 Nissan Titan may serve you well. And if you love Nissan trucks anyway, the Titan may be even more appealing.
