Some paint choices add on $1,500, though the Compass Yellow could cost you $2,500. Choose Forest Edge as your interior color, and that adds another $2,000 to you Rivian R1T price.
The 22″ Sport Dark wheel choice adds on $3,500, and a full-size spare adds on $800. If you want the off-road upgrade, that’ll be $2,000.
You can add on Rivian camping gear, too
The 2022 Rivian R1T can also be used for camping. Although adding camping gear will drive up your Rivian truck price, if you’ll often be taking trips in your Rivian truck, it just might be worth it. You can opt for the Rivian Kitchen x Snow Peak for a cool $5,000. This includes the Rivian Camp Kitchen, Rivian Gear Tunnel Shuttle, and Snow Peak Kitchen Set. A three-person tent can also be added for another $2,650. This will include cargo crossbars, which otherwise would cost you $450 per pair.
If you’re the adventuring type, you can add bike mounts ($250 each), a snowboard/ski mount ($320), kayak mount ($220), and SUP/surfboard mount ($300). Then there are the extras, like floor mats ($175), an off-road recovery kit ($600), and a field kit ($150). Altogether, the Rivian R1T price would be $91,115. The Rivian R1T price may be high enough that you’ll have to live in your truck, but you just might want to anyway.
