The 2023 Dodge Challenger starts at $31,100 for the base SXT trim. The V6-powered Challenger SXT is excellent for drivers who love the style of the Challenger but prioritize value and fuel efficiency over performance.

The modest price tag and 30 highway mpg rating don’t mean the V6 Challenger is boring. It still makes 302 hp, which is plenty for making the daily commute enjoyable. It’s also available with AWD and comes standard with some nice features like dual-zone automatic climate control, Android Auto, and Apple CarPlay.

Upgrading to the GT trim costs $34,400. It retains the frugal V6 engine but has a more aggressive front end and upgrades the steering and suspension for RWD models.

Drivers who want to get into the V8 club without breaking the bank will be interested in the R/T model, starting at just under $40,000. When you load up the Challenger SRT Hellcat Redeye Widebody Jailbreak with options like premium paint and wheels, satin black exterior graphics, performance tires, Laguna leather seats, copper weave carbon fiber trim, and the Technology Group, it can get very close to the $110,000 mark.
