The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) also put the 2021 Toyota RAV4 through a host of crashworthiness tests. In its testing, the NHTSA says that this year’s RAV4 earned a five out of five overall safety rating. So, all in all, the 2021 Toyota RAV4 is a pretty safe SUV.

While U.S. News & World Report says that price is slightly above average for a compact SUV, this year’s model does come standard with far more standard features than many of its competitors.
