The more we stay off the road now, the more we can enjoy it in the future. ⠀ ⠀ We know @jo_sephinetan recently bought her MINI this month, but she seems to be finding other ways to keep busy until she can drive it again. ⠀ ⠀ #TheMINIThings #MINITogether #MINI #MINIHatch #MINILove __ MINI Cooper S 5-Door Hatch: Fuel Consumption combined: 6.6 – 5.6 l/100 km, CO2 Emission combined: 150 – 127 g/km. If you’re looking to keep things fun and simple, then the classic Mini Cooper model is for you. In 2020, you can pick from a variety of styles. There’s the vintage-looking hardtop option, the two-door convertible option, and the two or four-door hatchback style. The best option for you here ultimately comes down to how many people you would like to seat and how much you’re willing to spend.

Each Mini option is available in two trim levels. No matter which option you pick, both offer the same, signature “go-kart” handling. The standard model comes with a peppy 134-hp three-cylinder engine but if you want a little more speed, you can upgrade to the turbocharged four-cylinder with a 189 hp.

The standard Mini starts at $23, 400 and comes with faux leather upholstery, a 6.5-inch infotainment display screen, and Bluetooth connection. You can make your Mini more luxurious with technology upgrades that include a large touchscreen, Apple CarPlay, and navigation system.

The big Mini

The 2020 Countryman is appealing because it’s the most spacious and practical Mini you can get. It can comfortably accommodate five passengers and you will be surprised by the amount of cargo space too. The Countryman shares the same platform as the BMW X1 and is available in three turbocharged options: a 134-hp, three-cylinder, a 189-hp, four-cylinder, as well as plug-in hybrid.

Pricing for the Countryman starts at $28,900 Whether the hybrid version of the Countryman is worth it is up to you. But, we will say that it’s definitely worth going up from the standard three-cylinder engine to the four-cylinder one for a more energetic driving experience.

For the most forceful and capable option in the Mini lineup, you’ll want to go with the John Cooper Works variant. The JCW trim is powered by a turbocharged four-cylinder that generates a 228 hp. It features a sportier suspension and can go from 0-60 mph in six seconds.  The JCW option is priced from $33,400 and can get pretty costly, but that’s generally to be expected across the entire Mini lineup.

The JCW variant is also available as a hatchback or convertible. You’ll find that the JCW is lively, dynamic, and agile. The JCW  sets itself apart from the rest of the Mini lineup with its high-performing Brembo brakes and a futuristic exterior. It still features the same luxurious looking cabin that Mini has become known for. Although, because of its sportier nature, the JCW feels stiffer compared to the traditional models.
