It’s time for the Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe to prove itself in Moab, Utah. It’s built to tackle the wild with electric power. But if the Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe didn’t seem capable enough before, then check out the new off-roading concept with even more off-roading upgrades.
The Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe is bringing the heat to Easter Jeep Safari
Are you ready to party with Jeeps? Then head to Easter Jeep Safari in Moab, Utah. The event takes place from April 9-17, 2022, and will feature tons of new Jeep concepts, including an upgraded Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe model.
Jeep has only released two concept teasers for the 56th Jeep Safari so far. One is for the Grand Cherokee 4xe, and the other is for an enhanced Jeep Gladiator model. We were hoping to see the Jeep Gladiator 4xe make an appearance, but it has been pushed back to 2024.
The Grand Cherokee 4xe teasers show a two-row Grand Cherokee 4xe model with aggressive all-terrain tires and daytime running lights. It could be an enhanced Trailhawk model or a new Rubicon trim.
What to expect with the Grand Cherokee 4xe
According to MoparInsiders, Jeep shared that the electrified Jeep SUV will certainly conquer even the most tumultuous terrain alone the backcountry trails of Moab and further highlight the Jeep brand’s vision of accomplishing Zero Emission Freedom.
What a clue! Is Jeep referring to an all-electric Grand Cherokee? Will we see the Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe L make an appearance? We already expect the Jeep Magneto Wrangler EV concept to make an appearance.
So far, all we know is that the Jeep concepts will be bigger, better, greener, faster, and ultra-capable.
The Jeep Gladiator concept by Jeep Performance Parts is even more of a mystery. We’ve only seen a teaser image with a Jeep Gladiator shaped like a QR code, but our phones won’t scan it.
What comes with the Grand Cherokee 4xe Trailhawk?
The 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe Trailhawk is currently the most off-road capable trim. It comes with the Quadra-Drive II 4WD system, an electronic rear limited-slip differential, and Selec-Speed Control.
It also comes with the Quadra-Lift air suspension system with semi-active damping and a front sway bar disconnect. The package is complete with a pair of blue tow hooks, gloss-black roof, auto-dimming rearview mirror, suede seat inserts, and an integrated off-road camera.
