After the Grand Wagoneer, there are possibilities for it to go into the Dodge Challenger or the Charger. This engine may even go into Ram trucks at some point in the future.

There’s also the potential for the new Hurricane engine to go into an electric vehicle. How much is Jeep’s new engine?

Right now Jeep’s new engine upgrade will cost you an extra $2,000. This is on top of the 2022 Jeep Grand Wagoneer’s starting price of $87,995. It’s the first inline-6 engine from Jeep since 2006. Back then the Jeep’s 4.0-liter inline-6 engine was discontinued. This new motor is rumored to be called the Tornado.

The new Jeep engine will be officially unveiled at the 2022 New York International Auto Show April 15-24.
