Last Call With the 2024 Dodge Durango Isn’t Cheap
There are a lot of Dodge things like the Dodge Charger and Camero. But for 2024, the classic Dodge Durango is still hanging around. The Last Call Dodge Durango models allow you to equip this beast with the 6.4-liter HEMI V8 engine, and it’s not cheap.
How much do the Last Call Dodge Durango models cost?
There are two 2024 Dodge Durango Last Call Editions to consider. The Durango SRT 392 model starts at $87,795 and the Durango SRT 392 AlcHEMI model takes the price up to $91,390.
Even though it sounds like it packs extra muscle, the AlcHEMI model has no extra juice. Both models have the same 6.4-liter HEMI V8 engine with 475 hp and 470 lb-ft of torque.
The 2024 Dodge Durango Hellcat is still prowling too. It has the supercharged 6.2-liter V8 HEMI with 710 hp and 645 lb-ft of torque. It starts at $95,995. It’s unclear how many models of each trim will be built, but the AlcHEMI is limited to 1,000 units.
But the Last Call AlcHEMI model sets itself apart with unique upgrades. It has Satin Black SRT forged wheels, SRT Brembo brakes with yellow calipers, black badging, black exhaust tips, and black honeycomb textured strips with yellow borders.
The interior features yellow and silver accent stitching, carbon fiber accents, and 31 embroidered logos on the headrests. It’s like an appearance package for the SRT model.
It’s available in four exclusive shades of paint including Destroyer Grey, Diamond Black, Vapor Grey, and White Knuckle. Only 250 models will be made in each color.
While the Durango SRT can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in roughly 4.4 seconds, the Hellcat gets there in about 3.5 seconds. Both models can tow up to 8,700 lbs too.
The SRT, SRT AlcHEMI, and Hellcat each feature standard AWD. It provides enhanced traction to help these beasts get off the line.
While the HEMI V8 engine is being discontinued in 2024, the Dodge Durango will be available in 2025. The next generation is launching in 2026 and will probably include the new Hurricane engine.
If the Dudrango Last Call AlcHEMI model strikes your fancy, you can find it online with the ‘horsepower locator’ to find allocated dealerships.
It will probably be searchable in February and production is slated to begin in April. So, you could get the AlcHEMI by the end of spring or early summer. But for a few extra thousand, you could get the Hellcat.
