LEAKED: See the Jeep Wagoneer S Before You’re Supposed To
Ruh roh, somebody messed up! Photos of the new Jeep Wagoneer S were accidentally leaked. Jeep has been publishing teasers about the Wagoneer S, but it didn’t mean to spill this many beans! Check out what to expect.
What to expect with the 2024Jeep Wagoneer S
We have images of the Jeep Wagoneer S that you aren’t supposed to see yet. The images were released by accident and quickly taken down. However, someone managed to snag them first, the the electric Jeep is out of the bag.
From earlier teasers, we already knew that the Wagoneer S has an illuminated grille with the classic seven slots like the Wrangler, but it’s pretty thin. This tracks as electric vehicles don’t need to pull in air through the grille.
But now we have the entire package and it looks daring, sleek, and confident with a fastback, sloping design paired with a boxy Jeep nature. While this vehicle looks rugged and capable, it has attractive curvy lines to enhance its aerodynamic performance.
The rear end is quite intriguing with a full-width LED taillight for futuristic vibes and a spoiler that extends beyond the length of the roof. The vehicle draws the eye with a black roof, wheels, and cladding.
We don’t have any information about the interior yet. However, we do know that it’s going to be insanely luxurious. Jeep is going after Land Rover and targeting ultra-luxury quality.
(Unfortunately, Jeep has been ignoring my desire for an affordable off-road beater. But I will keep trying to lead Stellantis to get back to Jeep’s roots.)
The Wagoneer S has a look that matches its sports car-like performance. It’s built on the new STLA platform and boasts up to 400 miles of range, which puts it on par with the Rivian R1S.
Stellantis claims that the Wagoneer S can accelerate from 0 to 60 mph in about 3.5 seconds and it packs 600 hp. That’s giving us Jeep Cherokee TrackHawk vibes. But the Rivian R1S has up to 835 hp and can reach 60 mph in roughly 3.1 seconds.
The 2024 Jeep Wagoneer S is slated to debut this fall, so stay tuned for updates. Jeep will probably release more breadcrumbs for us to follow over the next couple of months.
