Lordstown Motors was founded back in 2018 by Steve Burns, former CEO of Workhorse group. Four years later, the automaker has officially delivered its first electric pickup truck, the 2023 Lordstown Endurance.
The 2023 Lordstown Endurance starts at $60,375. It gets 200 miles of driving range. The Endurance uses a quad-motor powertrain system to make 440 horsepower.
The 2023 Endurance’s specs aren’t anything spectacular, but it will be one of the only electric pickup trucks on the market. The Lordstown Endurance arrives after the Rivian R1T, Ford F-150 Lightning, and GMC Hummer EV, respectively, beating Tesla to the punch despite the Cybertruck’s 2019 reveal. Reuters claims that the Cybertruck’s production has been pushed back thrice.
