But when it comes to the most satisfying new pickup trucks available? Consumer Reports says that these pickups are among the most satisfying. 

The 2021 Jeep Gladiator is one of the most satisfying new pickup trucks

There’s a lot to like about the 2021 Jeep Gladiator, says Consumer Reports. It comes driven by a standard 3.6-liter V6 engine that comes teamed with either an eight-speed automatic transmission or a six-speed manual transmission. According to Consumer Reports, this year’s model offers up a pretty smooth ride too. 

As for how satisfying you can expect the 2021 Jeep Gladiator to be? Well, according to Consumer Reports, this year’s model earned itself a five out of five predicted owner satisfaction rating. An impressive 83% of Gladiator owners said they would even buy the truck again.

For a new pickup truck that aims to satisfy, pick the 2021 Honda Ridgeline

If the 2021 Jeep Gladiator isn’t quite your style, Consumer Reports also recognized the 2021 Honda Ridgeline as one of the most satisfying new pickup trucks. That shouldn’t be too much of a surprise, though. According to Consumer Reports, this year’s new Honda Ridgeline delivers “incredible versatility, along with a refined ride and competent handling.”

Consumer Reports predicts that owners will be pretty pleased with this year’s model too. In fact, much like the 2021 Jeep Gladiator, this year’s Ridgeline earned itself a five out of five predicted owner satisfaction rating. Consumer Reports’ data shows that owners of the Ridgeline are most likely to be satisfied with its driving experience, comfort, and value. Consumer Reports added that 82% of owners would consider buying the Ridgeline again too.

According to Consumer Reports, you can’t go wrong with the 2021 Ford Ranger

Consumer Reports also tapped the 2021 Ford Ranger as one of the most satisfying new pickup trucks. Its 2.3-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine comes paired to a 10-speed automatic transmission and, according to Consumer Reports, makes the Ford Ranger a responsive pickup truck to drive.

The 2021 Ford Ranger also earned itself a four out of five predicted owner satisfaction rating. While that’s certainly not a perfect score, it’s still pretty up there. Unfortunately, the 2021 Ford Ranger hasn’t earned the best reliability ratings. In fact, Consumer Reports gave this year’s model a two out of five predicted reliability rating.

The 2021 Ram 1500 aims to satisfy with a luxury interior and responsive handling

Ah, the 2021 Ram 1500. According to Consumer Reports, this year’s model is “the most well-rounded of the full-sized, body-on-frame pickups.” It offers responsive handling, a lineup of engines to choose from, and is comfortable to drive. It’s also available with a long list of luxury-minded amenities. 

According to Consumer Reports, the 2021 Ram 1500 will leave owners pretty satisfied too. In fact, this year’s model earned a four out of five predicted reliability rating, with Consumer Reports predicting that owners will be most satisfied with the new pickup truck’s driving experience, comfort, and styling.

Consumer Reports included the 2021 Toyota Tundra as one of the most satisfying new pickup trucks

Consumer Reports included the 2021 Toyota Tundra in its list of the most satisfying new pickup trucks too. According to Consumer Reports, “its above-average reliability and smooth powertrain are two reasons owners love it.” It certainly helps that the truck is extremely capable too. 

As for the 2021 Toyota Tundra’s predicted owner satisfaction rating? According to Consumer Reports, this year’s model earned itself a four out of five predicted owner satisfaction rating. Consumer Reports predicts that Tundra owners will be most satisfied with the pickup’s driving experience, comfort, and styling.

The 2021 Ford F-250 is a satisfying new pickup, but it isn’t the most reliable

The Ford Ranger isn’t the only new Ford pickup truck to have graced Consumer Report’s selection of the most satisfying new pickup trucks. The 2021 Ford F-250 was also included in Consumer Reports’ list. Though, it’s really no surprise as to why. Much like other trucks on the list, the Ford F-250 earned a four out of five predicted owner satisfaction rating. Unfortunately, it didn’t earn the highest reliability ratings and didn’t do so hot in Consumer Reports’ road tests.
