The quickest luxury car of 2021 is the Tesla Model S Plaid

The Model S Plaid has a lot of accolades in its name, but it is the fastest car that the team at MotorTrend has ever tested. In the original test article, the title read: “2022 Tesla Model S Plaid First Test: 0–60 MPH in 1.98 Seconds*!” That asterisk was vital because it was under particular conditions set by Tesla. But even when the team tested it, it was still the fastest car.
