The Core starts at $44,745. Upgrading to the Plus version will cost you $48,995 to start, while the Ultimate has a price tag of $54,795.

What XC60 trim is the best value?
If the value is important to you, the fully loaded version of the XC60 isn’t going to be a good choice, at least for your wallet. While the features offer lots of conveniences, most people probably wouldn’t need all of them with their purchase.
Instead, you might want to consider the Plus trim, which comes with all the Core’s features and adds a 360-degree camera system, leather upholstery, and front and rear parking sensors, according to Car and Driver. The price will only go up by about $4,000 more, which isn’t bad with all the standard features you’ll get with the upgraded model. With this version, you’ll choose between the B5 hybrid setup for front or all-wheel drive.
If you want the most you can get for a smaller price, the Ultimate is still a good choice if you don’t add all the accessories. Standard equipment includes front seat ventilation, a Graphical Head-Up display, a four-zone climate system, and a crystal gear selector, to name a few. Add Volvo’s B6 AWD powertrain, and you’re good to go.
