How Much Does a Fully Loaded 2024 Lexus ES Cost?
The Lexus ES has long represented a practical choice in luxury sedans. It’s a nice car by anyone’s standards, and it’s traditionally been a car that prioritizes practicality over driving thrills. Slotted between the IS and LS in the Lexus lineup, the ES is safe, reliable, roomy, and sound on gas while delivering a premium driving experience.
Let’s look at the ES’s pricing and how much you can expect to pay for a fully-loaded example at its top trim with plenty of add-on features, packages, and accessories. For our purposes, we’re focusing only on the non-hybrid (the ICE) version of the ES midsize car.
How much does the 2024 Lexus ES cost?
The Lexus ES has a pretty modest starting price for a midsize luxury sedan. It starts at $43,190, which isn’t cheap, but it’s much more affordable than sportier German rivals like the BMW 5 Series ($57,900), Mercedes-Benz E-Class ($56,750), and Audi A6 ($56,900). The ES is priced between the Acura TLX ($40,050) and Genesis G80 ($50,000).
You can get either the ES 250 with AWD or the ES 350 with FWD for this price. The ES 250 has a 203-hp four-cylinder engine, while the ES 350 packs a 302-horsepower V6. In either case, you get an 8-inch touchscreen display, the Lexus Safety System+ 2.5 safety tech suite, and much more.
Upgrading to the Luxury trim ($48,360) adds niceties like a 14-way power driver’s seat, quilted semi-aniline leather seating, and wood trim with ambient lighting. For a sportier look, the ES 350 F Sport Design ($47,775) adds the F Sport appearance package, which includes 19-inch alloy wheels with a gloss black finish and a rear spoiler.
How much is a fully-loaded ES luxury sedan?
The pricing of the 2024 Lexus ES 350 Ultra Luxury, ES 250 Ultra Luxury AWD, and ES 350 F Sport Handling trims is almost identical when fully loaded. If you add every option available to the Ultra Luxury model, it comes to $55,675. The final price for a fully-loaded F Sport Handling model is only $5 less than that. As for their starting prices, the Ultra Luxury trims start at $52,080, and the F Sport Handling model begins at $49,650.
A Technology Package available for the F Sport Handling trim adds a 12.3-inch touchscreen display, a 10.2-inch head-up display, and a SmartAccess card key. Other options include Intuitive Parking Assist with a 360-degree camera, a power rear sunshade, and a power trunk with a kick sensor.
By the time you add those features, the level of technology and luxury in the F Sport Handling trim gets pretty close to the Ultra Luxury model. Individual options for the Ultra Luxury model include a panoramic glass roof and a color-keyed rear spoiler.
Additionally, there are a few features that are optional on both of these trims. These include a Mark Levinson 17-speaker premium audio system, triple-beam LED headlights, and the SmartAccess card key.
Of course, the F Sport Handling model is the one to get if you want a sportier driving experience. On top of the above luxury features, it has an adaptive variable suspension system, bolstered front seats, and performance-inspired instrumentation. This is the sport sedan of the ES lineup.
