The 2024 Nissan GT-R is the ultimate performance car in Nissan’s lineup, offering far more performance and features than the famed Z model does. With that being said, all that power comes at a cost, and the GT-R is the most expensive car in the Japanese auto giant’s lineup right now. Nissan also offers many options for the GT-R, so here’s a look at how much a fully loaded 2024 Nissan GT-R will cost.

This is what comes with the standard 2024 Nissan GT-R

Currently, Nissan offers the GT-R in three trims. The standard trim of the supercar is the Premium, which starts at about $121,000. The trim in the middle is the T-Spec, starting at $141,000. Finally, the NISMO is the Godzilla’s top trim, starting at $221,000. While those are significant price differences, the standard GT-R is well-equipped enough on its own.

The Premium trim starts with a 3.8-liter twin-turbocharged V6, providing 565 hp and 467 lb-ft of torque. All-wheel drive is standard on all trims, and the GT-R gets many performance-oriented features, such as an aluminum cylinder block, aluminum pistons, and a secondary air intake system. The standard GT-R also gets Brembo brakes, a double-wishbone front suspension, and a Bilstein suspension system.

On the inside, the standard Godzilla isn’t too different from the top trims. For example, all trims get a front and rear sonar system, hill start assist, dual-zone automatic climate control, and more. Each car also has the same infotainment features, including an 8-inch touchscreen, a navigation system, an 11-speaker premium sound system, and more.

The 2024 Nissan GT-R NISMO is expensive, but it comes with a lot of features

The main draw of buying a supercar like the 2024 Nissan GT-R is its performance, which sets the $221,000 NISMO top trim apart from the other trims. Under the hood, Nissan swapped out the standard engine and replaced it with a NISMO-tuned version that gets 600 hp and 481 lb-ft of torque. The NISMO trim’s brakes and suspension also received similar performance upgrades.

For instance, the NISMO still has Brembo brakes but uses carbon ceramics instead. It’s the same story with the car’s two-piece floating brake rotors, as the floating brake rotors in the NISMO are also carbon ceramic. There are fewer changes in the NISMO’s suspension system, but once again, it was tuned up. For example, the NISMO gets a NISMO-tuned 17.3 mm hollow rear stabilizer bar.

The Japanese automaker also gave the supercar 20-inch NISMO-tuned wheels and tires to go around those wheels. The car body also swaps out many aluminum parts for carbon fiber parts. This makes the NISMO more aerodynamic and reduces the car’s curb weight by around 70 lbs.

Nissan also offers plenty of options and accessories for the supercar

On top of that, luxury car shoppers get access to add-ons that are exclusive to the NISMO trim. The $5,000 NISMO Appearance Package, for example, gives the car 20-inch special edition wheels, a special edition certification plate, and a carbon fiber hood. That said, most of the automaker’s options are available for other trims.

For example, luxury car shoppers can pay about $1,000 for the Stealth Gray paint job. Premium floor mats with carbon fiber inserts will also cost about $1,100. As far as accessories go, a tool kit will go for about $760, and the owner’s manual portfolio is an extra $25. In total, a 2024 Nissan GT-R NISMO with all the bells and whistles added on can cost upwards of $231,000.
