In addition, Hyundai built the Ioniq 6 for greater efficiency, with next-generation semiconductors, a more aerodynamic design, a lower ride height, and an optimized control strategy when switching between single- and dual-motor operation for the all-wheel-drive model.

Furthermore, the sedan offers Hyundai’s latest technology, including Premium Remote Smart Parking Assist (RSPA 2), which includes parallel and angled parking. Those two features are not available with the 2023 Ioniq 5’s standard RSPA.

In those regards, the Ioniq 6 is a better EV than the Ioniq 5. However, the compact crossover is not without its advantages.
